În atenția
Doamnelor/Domnilor președinți ai centrelor de examen pentru certificarea calificării absolvenților învățământului liceal și învățământului profesional cu durata de 2 ani
În termen de 5 zile lucrătoare de la finalizarea examenului, președintele centrului de examen va transmite Comisiei Județene de Evaluare și Certificare, următoarele documente:
- Raportul comisiei de examinare și anexa acestuia (în atașament găsiți macheta statistică - anexă la Raport);
- Raportul monitorului de calitate;
- Ștampila centrului de examen;
- O copie a catalogului de examen;
- Fișa detaliată cu rezultatele candidaților.
Raportul în format electronic precum și anexa acestuia se vor posta în format electronic ca răspuns la acest topic ( și în format PDF).
